About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Engineer Team Lead to join our team at Agicap. As a key member of our Customer Success department, you will be responsible for managing and developing our international Customer Success Engineer team. Your primary focus will be on automating Customer Success Tasks (CTA) to enhance efficiency and scalability across our operations globally.

Your Mission

  • Lead and manage the international CS Engineer team, providing guidance, support, and performance management.
  • Drive the automation of Customer Success Tasks (CTAs) to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort.
  • Collaborate closely with Customer Success teams (KAM, Onboarder, AM) to understand their needs and provide technical solutions.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of Customer Success workflows to identify opportunities for process improvement.

Requirements

  • You have a degree from an engineering or business school.
  • You have at least 3 years of relevant work experience, with previous exposure to team management.
  • You are fluent in French and English, both spoken and written.
  • You have strong proficiency in Python and understand the REST API concept.
