**What you’ll do as a CBS at PRISM**

The Customer Business Solutions (CBS) oversees commercializing and implementing the PRISM Business Solutions among customers, within the perimeter she/he is responsible for, taking in consideration commercial, operational and IS constraints.

This position reports directly to the PRISM Global Contract manager.

A. Contribute to the information Management Global Offer commercialization

B. Design and propose an Offer

C. Implement an offer

D. Build internal Monitoring

E. System Gap analysis

F. Process improvements

G. Systems / tools improvements

I. Support activities

**Must have**
- Excellent presentation and communication skills (English is mandatory, another language an asset)
- Service minded personality and customer facing experience.
- Operational excellence oriented
- Well organized & structured mindset
- Good knowledge of MS Office / BI & data visualization tools
- Ability to work under pressure in a matrixed organization.
- Ability to travel
- Proven track record in a similar role, including team coordination leadership in an international environment.
- Experience in management system implementation or maintenance
- Problem solving and continuous improvements experiences
- Master’s degree: Information Technology, Economics, International Affairs or Equivalent.
- Good knowledge in overland, Air and Sea transportation.

Central position in a matrix organization with a direct reporting line to the PRISM Global Contract Manager, a functional management role with the RUN global team, straight and close collaboration with the Solutions & Expertise Director, the Process & Quality manager, the Procurement Manager, the COO, the supply chain engineers and the Managing Directors of the other PRISM local entities.
