Job Title: Digital Guardian - German-Speaking Content Moderator

Cross Border Talents is urgently seeking German-speaking Content Moderators for an immediate start with one of our top BPO partners in Lisbon If you're fluent in German (C2) and English (B2), and youre ready to jump in fast, this is your moment to be part of an important mission.

What Youll Do:

• Defend Digital Spaces: Quickly review, moderate, and ensure online content aligns with community standards to keep spaces respectful and safe.
• Support & Protect Users: Make real-time decisions that enhance user experiences and maintain a positive online environment.
• Champion Quality: Contribute to high-quality interactions and decisions that shape a better digital world.

What You Bring:

• Languages: German (C2) and English (B2) proficiency.
• Availability: Ready to work on-site in Lisbon for an immediate start.
• Work Eligibility: EU ID, Residence Card, Manifestação de Interesse, or visa (consult for details).

Position Details:

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, rotating shifts between 08:00 AM 10:00 PM
• Days Off: Weekends off (Saturday & Sunday)

Compensation & Perks:

• Base Salary: 1,300 EUR per month (x14 months)
• Language Bonus: 250 EUR per month (paid over 12 months)
• Performance Bonus: Up to 380 EUR per month
• Meal Allowance: 7.63 EUR per working day

• Relocation Package: Not available; this opportunity is for locals based in Lisbon
