Nordic Speakers - Customer Service, Sales Representative, or Content Moderator

Location: Lisbon, Portugal

Starting Date: October

We are seeking motivated Nordic speakers for exciting opportunities in Lisbon as Customer Service Representatives, Sales Representatives, or Content Moderators. Join a dynamic team and enjoy the vibrant culture of Portugal while advancing your career

Available positions:

1. Customer Service Representative:

- Provide exceptional support to customers via phone, email, or chat.

- Resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently.

- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

2.Sales Representative:

- Engage with potential customers to promote our products and services.

- Achieve sales targets through effective communication and relationship building.

- Provide insights and feedback to enhance sales strategies.

3. Content Moderator:

- Review and moderate user-generated content to ensure compliance with community guidelines.

- Identify and escalate any violations or issues.

- Collaborate with the team to improve content quality and user experience.

Requirements:

- Fluency in one of the Nordic languages (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish, or Icelandic) and B2 English proficiency.

- EU passport or valid residence permit in Portugal.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or content moderation is a plus but not required.
