The Offer

The Job

As a Customer Support Agent, you will take inbound calls and emails. Your daily work will include tasks like these:

  • Handle incoming calls and email from bank clients.
  • Resolve issues regarding ID and T-PIN & Postbank app setup, card blocking/unblocking/exchange, safety, and transactions
  • Use the tools/processes and methods from your initial training to solve issues.
  • Make sure that great levels of client service is delivered.

The Profile

  • You speak Czech at a native level and you are fluent in English (B2).
  • Experience in customer care is an advantage but not a must.
  • You have a good understanding and level of computer handling skills.
  • Excellent problem solving skills with the capability of research and identification of the right information.
  • You have strong communication skills and you are service-oriented, professional, and thorough.
