The Opportunity:
Our platform supports thousands of documents, with each one displaying unique signals. As the global landscape shifts, our technology will need to constantly evolve to ensure we can continue to deliver a world class product. As a result, the Document Operations team is looking for a data driven individual who can help us support our operational efficiency goals.
Based within our Technology department, you will be involved in ensuring that we can continue scaling our document supporting process. This involves managing the lifecycle of new documents through our innovative ML-systems, identifying gaps in our tooling and providing feedback to Product and Engineering. Succeeding together is one of our core values and you will receive in depth-training through both our new joiner onboarding process and from members within your team. In addition, you will be led by a supportive team lead who will nurture your ongoing growth and development.

As a Document Operations Coordinator, we would like to see you display the following skills and experience:
A Keen Eye for Details: Strong aptitude for paying close attention to details. Experience in handling identification documents is a desirable plus.
Analytical Skills: Make informed decisions based on data and interpret large datasets, even if data analysis isn’t the primary focus of the role
Problem Solving: Resolve issues effectively in a dynamic environment using strong critical thinking
Coordination Experience: Proven ability to manage and delegate tasks to both internal and external teams
Team Collaboration: A collaborative team player who thrives in a small team setting and effectively works with other departments, including Product, Engineering, and Sales
Communication Skills: Strong ability to communicate and work effectively in a global, diverse team
The following technical skills are also desirable:
Spreadsheet Proficiency: Skilled in using Excel or Google Sheets for data management and analysis
Business Analytics Tools: Experience with business analytics tools such as Looker
Project Management Tools: Familiar with Jira and Confluence
Basic Code Understanding: Ability to understand and interpret simple code
Responsibilities:
Analyse performance metrics of documents at various stages of their lifecycle and their impact to KPIs, providing approaches to enhance performances where applicable
Engage with Data Analysts, Engineering, and Product teams to test tooling, provide feedback, and create documentation on these processes
Manage the backlogs of tasks to ensure a smooth delivery across multiple teams
Create, maintain and communicate standard operating procedures and document knowledge that supports our services and operations
Provide second-line support for document verification performance inquiries
