The Role
Job Description
As a Lead Software Engineer, you will work with backend developers to seamlessly integrate UI components with APIs, databases and more.
Detailed Duties and Responsibilities
- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies to plan and execute development tasks effectively.
- Lead the development of web applications, ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards.
- Work with backend developers to seamlessly integrate UI components with APIs and databases.
- Provide technical leadership in designing maintainable and robust systems aligned with business needs.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders including product owners, business analysts, and quality assurance teams.
Ideal Profile
Targeted Qualifications
- Fluency in English Language, C1 level or Higher to effectively liaise with the stakeholders of the region.
- Hands-on experience with Angular framework – is a must.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Proficiency in coding languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and JQuery.
- Min of 8-12 years of experience in developing front-end applications.
- Previous experience in Leading a team and interacting with customers – is a must.
- Demonstrated experience using industry-standard version control systems.
