Role Overview:

As a Hebrew Content Moderator, you’ll review and moderate social media content to ensure compliance with platform guidelines. Your work will contribute to a safe, engaging user experience for the Hebrew-speaking market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Review: Assess videos, audio, comments, and user-generated material to ensure they adhere to community standards. Flag and address non-compliant content to maintain a safe user environment
  • Policy Enforcement: Verify that all uploaded materials, including titles and covers, comply with platform guidelines
  • User Support: Respond to user appeals and inquiries related to content moderation, providing clear and helpful feedback
  • Compliance Monitoring: Collaborate with your team to uphold platform regulations and ensure consistent enforcement
  • Trend Analysis: Stay informed about emerging trends and user behavior to anticipate issues and adjust moderation practices
  • Process Improvement: Provide feedback to enhance moderation processes and tools, working closely with internal teams to improve efficiency

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Hebrew (C2 level)
  • Fluent in English (B2 level)
  • At least one year of experience Content Moderator or/and Customer Support
