They work with BMW, Fiat, Jaguar, KIA, Volvo, Honda and others big names in the Automotive Sector. Because of their growth, they are looking for a Quality Management Systems Engineer that wants career development, to work with an amazing team, in an extraordinary culture and environment, and other great benefits.


As a Quality Management Systems Engineer, you will:
  • Oversee effective implementation of the Quality Management System throughout the company.
  • Maintain the Quality Manuals and Quality Procedures and ensure contents are appropriate for business.
  • Analyze current and future procedural needs of the business.
  • Organize and manage the plant internal audit system and the corrective action reporting system.
  • Conduct Quality Systems audits and assist in training guidance to other auditors.
  • Host external Quality System audits.
  • Coordinate the review of Quality procedures associated with plant continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain the Standard Operating Procedure content and coordinate the issuing of these documents.
  • Report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in order to adhere to process.
  • Write reports and present progress at project meetings and to clients.
  • Undertake continuous training and development Independently determine approach and assigned tasks.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in engineering.
  • 2-3 Years of Experience in a similar Role.
  • Automotive Experience.
  • English is Mandatory.
  • German is a plus.
