- Source and attract Spanish-speaking candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals,
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop tailored hiring strategies.
- Ensure a seamless candidate experience by maintaining timely communication and providing support throughout the recruitment process.
- Stay updated on recruitment trends and labor market insights, particularly in the Spanish-speaking market.
- Prepare and present recruitment metrics and reports to management.
Requirements:
Requirements- Experience in general recruitment min.1year
- Spanish native or near native speaker
- A passionate desire to succeed and build a successful career in international recruitment
- Winning mentality
- Ability to overcome objections and be persistent
- Ability to handle conflicting deadlines with a sense of urgency
- Excellent level of English - written and oral communication
