Spanish Recruiter

• Source and attract Spanish-speaking candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals,
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop tailored hiring strategies.
• Ensure a seamless candidate experience by maintaining timely communication and providing support throughout the recruitment process.
• Stay updated on recruitment trends and labor market insights, particularly in the Spanish-speaking market.
• Prepare and present recruitment metrics and reports to management.

Requirements:

• Experience in general recruitment min.1year
• Spanish native or near native speaker
• A passionate desire to succeed and build a successful career in international recruitment
• Winning mentality
• Ability to overcome objections and be persistent
• Ability to handle conflicting deadlines with a sense of urgency
• Excellent level of English - written and oral communication
