Role Overview:

We are in search of a seasoned and strategic Change Management Lead to help implement a substantial enhancement to our HR & Payroll solutions for both our clients and our internal organization.

The chosen candidate will be entrusted with the leadership of the Change Management workstream, within the overall HRP Middleware Program tasked with the design and execution of a robust and forward-thinking change program that resonates both internally and externally with our client base.

The key focus of this role is to work across TMF teams in order to enable the internal business readiness, ahead of the commercial and external launch of the new HRP Middleware.

Key Accountabilities:

TMF Change Advocacy: The Change Management Leader will be tasked with evaluating the impacts of the new HRP Middleware solutions across the TMF business globally, working closely with stakeholders within the program and the wider TMF business.

They will conduct workshops both online and in-person, devise strategies to help TMF stakeholders grasp the impact of the change, and manage and overcome resistance to change.

The successful candidate will raise awareness within the business about the upcoming changes, l devise strategies to overcome commercial and business challenges and lead execution of the development of new internal processes and business deliverables, in accordance with the overall program timelines.

Working with TMF Stakeholders: This role involves building strong relationships with stakeholders from different TMF business areas (such as legal, pricing, training, bid management, delivery, marketing & solutioning) all levels in the organization.

The objective is to work in unison to formulate communication and change plans, guaranteeing a smooth transition with minimal disruption throughout the change process. This role requires close collaboration with other teams and senior stakeholders, including those at the Executive Level.

Client Transformation Leadership: The role involves developing and executing a strategic change plan that not only engages our diverse client base, but also considers the customer journey and its impact. The successful candidate will oversee the people-related changes associated with transitioning to a new platform, effectively communicate the benefits, manage resistance, and align clients’ expectations. This role necessitates a deep understanding of our clients’ and employees’ journeys to effectively manage the transformation.

Required Expertise:

Proven experience in leading significant global change programs and communicating change to internal business stakeholders and external client groups. Demonstrable experience in managing resistance to change and fostering commitment among stakeholders. Experience in designing and executing change management strategies and plans. Prior experience in a senior leadership role, managing complex stakeholder relationships. Experience in facilitating workshops with a diverse group of stakeholders Excellent communication & written skills and good commercial acumen.

Qualifications:

Professional certifications in Program and commercial Change Management is highly desirable.
