Responsible for sales in Portugal for Woman Health and X Ray products, solutions and/or services. Will need to work hand in glove with local account managers to identify commercial opportunities and transform them into Sales

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Understand customer needs and being able to sell and demonstrate GE Products & Services

• Creates a personalized relationship with the customers in order to maintain customer satisfaction and engage with new account and existing account sales opportunities to establish credibility with clinicians and drive clinical strategy

• Build personalized presentations based on knowledge gained about the customer, demonstrating how GE solutions can improve the customer's business environment

• Demonstrate assigned products and services within territory.

• Develop, coordinate and deliver product sales presentations to customers on clinical added value of high end technology.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Fixed-term contract up to 24 months.

• Fluent Portuguese and Spanish language.

• Driving License.

• X-Ray technician -or equivalent- education.

• At least one of the following core experiences: strong clinical/ technical experience or significant commercial experience with demonstrated successes in high level customer interactions and sales scenarios in imaging clinical solutions

• Demonstrated interpersonal & communication skills (ability to effectively communicate, verbally and in writing, to external customers, global counterparts and to team members in other functional organizations)

• Understand and present complex material in understandable terms

• Solid problem solving skills (ability to manage and resolve conflict, communicate issues and propose solutions to both internal team members and external customers)

• Experience in the breast care and X Ray procedures

• Willingness to travel within territory

Desired Characteristics

• Proven track records in clinical applications,

• Clinical experience in large hospitals,

• Fluent in English.

• Healthcare business and process knowledge,

• Persuasive and able to influence clinical decision for GE

• Strong presentation skills (public speaking and lecture experience desire and ability to communicate effectively using local language).
