Purchasing Analyst

Our client is a leading company in the automotive industry and is looking for an Purchasing and Sales Platform Analyst for the plant located in Palmela.
The indirect purchasing buyer is responsible for all IDP activity for the assigned plants located in their region. The role of an IDP Buyer is to manage all purchasing issues in line with indirect purchasing regional and group level strategies to improve quality, cost, and delivery performance, and to contribute to or lead productivity actions.

responsabilidades chave

ï· Supplier & Customer Master Data Management in SAP, including creation, update and extension of suppliers and customers;
ï· Price Maintenance in SAP, including sales price update, replication to purchasing prices, supplier open order
creation and update;
ï· Credit Note & Debit Note calculation for suppliers and customers, including collection and follow-up with accounting and controlling departments;
ï· Blocked Invoices Management in SAP;
ï· Leasing & Real Estate Price Management;
ï· Supplier Onboarding and Data compliance check in SAP Ariba;
ï· Compliance Check of Purchasing Processes;
ï· Support Self-Billing contract creation with Suppliers;
ï· Material Master Data Management (Create, Update and Maintenance).

competências

Minimum 3-5 years experience in purchasing in an industrial environment;
Minimum education level: Bachelor´s or Master´s degree;
Strong experience in SAP & Ariba ERP Systems;
Ability to coordinate processes and work stream across multiple locations;
Purchasing financials skills, including data analytics, budgeting and savings calculation;
Supplier relationship management experience;
English and Spanish fluent;
International minded.
