Job Description
 Who we're looking for

Zendesk is looking for a hardworking data annotator to support the research and development efforts of our Machine Learning group. The intern should have excellent English domain and communication skills, and will be responsible to categorize our data and to provide feedback to our team, having a crucial contribution in the improvement of our software.

What youâll be doing
  • Analyse and categorization of customer service data

  • Sharing knowledge and questions with the team, contributing to a more efficient team and a better work environment

  • Contributing to the categorization process, suggesting improvements

What you bring to the roleRequired experience:
  • English reading proficiency

  • Friendly, positive attitude, exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

  • Willingness to learn and collaborate with the team

Preferred requirements:
  • Experience in a customer service environment

  • Domain of other languages such as Portuguese, French, German or Spanish

  • Some understanding of how supervised learning algorithms work

  • Willingness to learn and grow in a collaborative environment
