Deine Aufgaben und dein Einfluss als Travel Sales Consultant werden sein:
Telefonische Beratung von Kunden vor, während und nach ihren Geschäftsreisen
Ausarbeitung von passenden Reiseangeboten auf Basis der Wünsche und Bedürfnisse der Reisenden und anschließende Buchungen
Bearbeitung von Umbuchungen und anderen Kundenanliegen

Fähigkeiten, Qualifikationen und Interessen, die du für diese Position benötigst:
Ausgezeichnete Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Gute Beherrschung der englischen Sprache
Leidenschaft für das Reisen und gute allgemeine geografische Kenntnisse
Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, Straßenbahngeist und Einfühlungsvermögen
Kenntnisse in der Tourismusbranche (bevorzugt)
Erfahrung im Kundenservice/Call Center am Telefon (bevorzugt)

Was ist für dich drin?
Art des Vertrags: befristeter, verlängerbarer Vertrag für 12 Monate
Arbeitszeit: Vollzeit (40h/Woche; 5 Tage/Woche) von Montag bis Freitag zwischen 7 Uhr und 19 Uhr
Gehaltsbedingungen (*) - 2 Optionen:
a) Inklusive kostenloser Unterkunft (Wohngemeinschaft, inklusive aller Rechnungen): 1033,90 brutto/Monat
b) Ohne Unterkunft: 1398,39 brutto/Monat
Für internationale Bewerber:
Rückerstattung der anfänglichen Flugkosten nach 9 Monaten
Abholung vom Flughafen
Jährliches Hin- und Rückflugticket in dein Heimatland (innerhalb der EU)
Hilfe bei der Erledigung von Formalitäten, Eröffnung eines Bankkontos usw. bei Ihrer Ankunft

(*) Vergütung während der Ausbildungszeit bei Erfolg (von 1 bis 4 Wochen): 50% Ihres Stundenlohns (niedrigere Steuern)
