- Prior experience in customer service, preferably in acontact center environment.

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Flexibility to work in a shift-based environment,including weekends and public holidays.

- Comfortable with a hybrid work setup, spending two days inthe office and three days working remotely per week.

- Proficient in PC equipment and software, including MSOffice and internet searching tools.

- Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone,providing accurate and timely assistance.

- Analyze individual issues and take appropriate action toresolve them, ensuring customer satisfaction.

- Collaborate with teams across different locations toachieve shared objectives and address technical anomalies effectively.

- Escalate complex issues to the relevant department forswift resolution.

- Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures to maintainconsistent service delivery and quality standards.
