Reckitt, the global force in health and hygiene, is inviting a detail-focused Health and Safety Compliance Manager to bring their expertise to our vibrant Supply chain team. This is your opportunity to lead and shape compliance initiatives within an international business environment. You'll be the pillar upon which we ensure our operations are safe, sustainable, and set the benchmark for industry standards. Your responsibilities- Develop and refine Health and Safety compliance programmes to meet global standards and the specifics of our Supply chain operations.
- Conduct comprehensive audits and site inspections, ensuring a flawless alignment with regulations and our internal policies.
- Dive deep into compliance data to spot trends and recommend proactive improvements.
- Work alongside various teams to ensure Health and Safety is a key part of all our Supply chain processes.
- Engage and empower regional teams on compliance practises, underpinning a culture that prizes Health and Safety standards.
- Craft and present detailed compliance reports to senior management and keep regulatory authorities informed and assured of our compliance.
-Leadership Ability within Health and Safety & Hygiene and Security , in local team projects and in the group with a cross-functional team
-Advanced Level English
-Ability to communicate internally and within the group (Corporate)
-Ensure HSE and infrastructure security.
-Experience in an industrial environment.
-Results-oriented and enterprising
-Fostering the culture of HSE at work
-Ability to implement corporate standards in the field of occupational safety and Infrastructures.
