HR SPECIALIST â FULL TIME

As we continue togrow, we are seeking an experienced HR Specialist with a strong background inpayroll to play a pivotal role in shaping and fostering our dynamic teamculture. Immediate hire

·        Ensure accuratepayroll processing in compliance with regulations;

·        Stay up-to-dateon payroll laws and regulations, implementing necessary changes to maintaincompliance

·        Manage all HRprocesses related to the employee lifecycle and development;

·        Maintain andupdate employee records accurately and in a timely manner, including processingnew hires, terminations, and other employment status changes in the payrollsystem

·        Assist in theonboarding of new employees, ensuring a smooth transition;

·        Ensurecommunication with employees, providing all necessary explanations and support;

·        Ensure legalcompliance with the labour law in all HR procedures of the company

·        Assist all HRareas, including recruitment and selection, occupational health and safety, amongothers;

What skills we are looking for:
