FRONT LINE ENGINEER- GRUNDFOS PORTUGAL
(2 days/ week homeoffice)
As a Front Line Engineer your function is contribute to a thriving CSSC Front Line team by understanding customer needs, providing technical quotation, information, advice, and assistance regarding Grundfos´ products and services to incoming inquiries from our customers through various Customer channels i.e., telephone, E-mail, live chat.
What is the job about?
- Provide technical assistance to Customers regarding the product sizing, applications, system solutions, accessories, installations, prices, etc. to assure the functionality of the solution in practice.
- Follow up on Customer interactions within set Service Level Agreements (SLA).
- Support sales teams providing dimension, specifications, calculations, time of delivery, operation, and maintenance issues, etc.
- Identify business opportunities and handover to external sales.
- Ensure customer master data is updated on portfolio of customers under their responsibility.
What do you need to apply?
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree Engineer or equivalent work experience
- Recent graduates on Engineer is a possibility
- Previous experience within Customer Services. Relevant administrative experience, organizational skills & accountability with the Customer.(not essential).
- Knowledge of business structure, products and key market needs to create a successful Customer centric experience.
- Familiarity with MS Office applications.
- Fundamental Product and Application Knowledge – Interpret type keys, identify pumps vs spare parts, kits vs motors, identify where product is built (not essential).
- Good communication and networking skills together with the ability to build strong and trusting relationships with both Internal and External Stakeholders.
