CBRE is looking for a Research Analyst to grow our team of dedicated professionals.

The role is based in our main office, in Lisbon.


ABOUT THE ROLE

The successful candidate will become part of the CBRE Research team, where we are looking for passionate people who are already passionate or want to become real estate experts and take a leadership role in producing relevant research results. and impactful on current trends and topics.

At Research we are an Iberian team of 10 people who work closely with other departments (from Capital Markets to ESG), as well as with the European Research team and CBRE clients.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Collaborate with the Research team in the research and analysis of the real estate market in terms of supply, demand, transactions, main investors and dynamics of the sector.

Continuous monitoring of the main macrotrends that affect the real estate sector, both nationally and internationally. Not only in reference to the traditional sectors of real estate but also to the less conventional ones.

Responsible for updating and enriching market data.

Make market presentations for different areas of the company and clients.

Collaborate and participate in the preparation of highly differential market reports (creating trends), meeting the expected deadlines.

Periodic discussions with other CBRE departments (Agency, Investment, Valuations...) to provide them with accurate and updated market information and with the European Research team.


WHAT CAN YOU OFFER US?

SKILLS:

Work experience of at least 6 months in market research tasks, preferably in the real estate sector.

A bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Management, Economics, Statistics or similar.

Advanced knowledge of the Office package: Excel and Power Point.

Proficiency in English, spoken and written. Spanish is a plus.

Experience in data visualization will be valued.

Ability to analyze and work with databases, enjoying the process of converting data into valuable and innovative research results.

Attention to detail and organized approach to tasks with thoroughness.

Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
