We are currently seeking for a Cybersecurity Specialist to join our growing team in Porto, Portugal.

Deploy, manage, and support internal infrastructure.Engage on systems and solutions design.Contribute to safeguard information system assets by identifying and solving potential and actual security problems.Help to protect systems by defining access privileges, control structures, and resources.Recognize problems by identifying abnormalities, reporting violations.Implement security improvements by assessing current situation; evaluating trends; anticipating requirements.Determine security violations and inefficiencies by conducting periodic audits.Upgrade system by implementing and maintaining security controls.Maintain quality service by following organization standards.
What we are looking for:
Degrees in IT, Computer Science, Telecommunications or Computer Engineering are preferred but not mandatory.Knowledge on LAN/WAN networking technologies (routing, switching, Wi-Fi, VPN, DNS, DHCP, NTP, etc).Knowledge on Security technologies (Firewall, anti-virus/malware, EDR/XDR, SIEM, IdP, certificates, etc).Knowledge on Operating Systems (Microsoft, Linux, etc) and hardware.Knowledge in IT and/or cyber-security management/support.Good level of English (written/spoken).High level of commitment, proactivity, adaptability and versatility.Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Team worker and knowledge sharing spirit.Establish and maintain a positive and productive relationship with all co-workers and 3rd parties (different stakeholders’ level and multi-cultural environment).What would be a plus:
Datacenter ecosystem management and support experience.Knowledge on Microsoft Active Directory Services.Spanish proficiency.Knowledge on logging and monitoring systems (Nagios, Zabbix, Greylog, Prometheus, etc.).Knowledge on automation/scripting.Knowledge on backup and restore.
