Deine Aufgaben und Auswirkungen bei der Arbeit als Success Development Specialist werden sein:
Als Fraud Prevention Agent wirst du mit Aufträgen von Web-Käufen betraut, die in den Bereich der zweifelhaften Integrität fallen. Es ist erforderlich, eine Reihe von Daten zu überprüfen und eine Untersuchung durchzuführen, die zur Annahme oder Stornierung einer Bestellung führt.

- Hauptziel: Identifizierung von ruchlosen Aktivitäten
- Identifizierung und Aufzeichnung abweichender Aktivitäten, Entdeckung von Trends und Kennzeichnung aufkommender Probleme
- Kontaktaufnahme mit Kunden per Telefon und E-Mail
- Scharfe und datenschutzkonforme Gesprächsführung ist erforderlich, wenn du Auftragsdetails mit Rechnungszahlern und allgemeinen Kunden besprichst

Fähigkeiten, Qualifikationen und Interessen, die du benötigst, um in dieser Rolle erfolgreich zu sein;
- Du hast ein muttersprachliches Niveau in Deutsch
- Du verfpgst über sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
- Du bist ein natürlicher Problemlöser
- Du bist in der Lage, tiefe Analysen von Kundendaten durchzuführen
- Du kannst schnell und effizient unter Termindruck arbeiten
- Du kannst selbstständig und unter minimaler Aufsicht arbeiten
- Du hast eine hohe Aufmerksamkeit für Details und arbeiten genau
- Du bist motiviert und has

​Was ist für dich drin?
- 12-Monats-Vertrag ab dem ersten Tag der Ausbildung (die Ausbildung wird zu 100% bezahlt)
- Gehalt von 1235€ pro Monat (x14 pro Jahr) + 150 € Bonus/Monat +2000€ Signing Bonus
- 6 € Essensgutschein pro Arbeitstag
- Zahlung von bis zu 400 €/Monat für die Miete (während der ersten 3 Monate) für umziehende Kandidaten
- Rückerstattung der Flugtickets nach 3 Monaten
- Support bei den Formalitäten wie z.B. bei den Beantragung der NIF, SSN, Eröffnung eines neuen Bankaccounts
- Bezahltes jährliches Hin- und Rückflugticket in das eigene Heimatsland
- Private Krankenversicherung
- Vollzeitjob (40h/Woche), Montag-Sonntag (Rotationsschichten Mo-So; 08:00 Uhr - 02:00 Uhr)
