Our client is a multinational European pharmaceutical company, leader of its segment and is currently looking for a Buyer.

responsabilidades chave

Ensure requirements are processed complying with GRT global policies;
Execute Purchase To Pay P2P assigned activities such as Quality-check on PR , Purchase Order Generation, Purchase Order Monitoring , Tracking of Goods & Services assuring on time processing and accurate information;
Participates in the Vendor Creation & Maintenance Process;
Upload and maintain information related to Market Place Operations in global procurement platforms i.e Jaggaer;
Provide Supplier Enablement Services such as Preferred Vendors Admin Supplier Training and Operational Supplier Management;
Provides Stakeholder & Key User Services such as : Service Desk, End User Training & Support , System Testings;
Provides procurement support to assigned countries, focusing on operational transactional procurement activities;
Execute price inspections and follow ups;
Build and maintain close relationship with the respective stakeholders and Global Sourcing Teams;
Ensure close relation and interaction with Global Procurement.

competências

Advance level of English (Required);
Additional languages like German, Spanish , Italian or French are desired;
SAP-MM experience;
Good Analytical skills;
Good Communication skills;
Good Customer Service skills;
Relevant practical experience with at least 1 year in a comparable role in a state-of-the-art procurement organization;
Strong knowledge of SAP MM regarding different order types, order automation, master data and info record creation, inventory management;
Proven track record regarding supplier qualification and administration;
General understanding of supply markets in typical spend areas of local business units (indirect / marketing)
Optional: Experience in cross-functional projects;
