The Company.

Started up by 2 French entrepreneurs in the year 2000, the Company has become an international Customer Experience Specialist, with a global presence and counting more than 50.000 employees.
In their international hub in Lisbon, they are taking care of the customer service experiences on behalf of some of the world’s most progressive brands, mainly from the Travel and Tourism Industry.

You will be part of an innovative project from scratch about building a Digital Marketing Hub focus on the definition of customer experience through new technologies. Their aim is to transform data into tangible business results.

The Job.

As a French Junior Digital Marketing Consultant, you will join a team of Search Engine Advertising (SEA). You will be in charge of managing the campaigns of one or two main clients focus on the French speaking markets.

Your main responsibilities will be to :
– Manage day to day SEA campaigns for one or two main accounts
– Following-up the performances of the campaigns
– Optimizing the process and the performance while respecting quality, costs, and deadlines
– Building up recommendations
– Presenting the results of your actions
– Managing the budget related to the information provided by the client
– Collaborate with the SEA Team

The Profile.

– You must have a native level of French
– You have proficient level of English
– You are graduated from a Master or Bachelor Degree in Digital or Marketing fields
– You have a minimum of one internship experience in Digital Marketing
– You have a significative experience with interaction with clients in B2B context
– You are mastering Excel, and MS Office
– Previous experience in a similar position is a plus
– You enjoy to work within a Team
– You have a EU Citizenship or have a valid work permit for Portugal

The Offer.

– Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 6 pm
– Long-term contract
– A package in line with the market: 1140€ gross/month x 14 months + 83€ language bonus/ month + 425€ gross/ quarter performance bonus + meal vouchers of 7.23€ / workday
– Fully paid training, professional development and career evolution
– If you live outside Portugal: reimbursement (up to 400€) of initial flight ticket after 6 months within the company + Shared accommodation for 6 months with a monthly rental fee payment of 280€
