Jouw verantwoordelijkheden en impact als Content Moderator zijn:

  • Beoordelen van content, variërend van video's en afbeeldingen tot tekst en audio, volgens strikte richtlijnen

  • Wees het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klantvragen met betrekking tot vertrouwen en veiligheid op ons platform

  • Zorg ervoor dat gebruikers en merken veilig blijven, terwijl je tegelijkertijd bijdraagt aan een positieve ervaring voor iedereen

  • Wees klaar om op elk moment van de dag of nacht te werken met een flexibele instelling

Let op: Deze functie kan blootstelling aan gevoelige inhoud met zich meebrengen, zoals grof taalgebruik, geweld, pornografie en nepnieuws.

Vaardigheden, kwalificaties en interesses die je nodig hebt om te slagen in deze rol:

  • Vloeiend in Nederlands en een goed niveau Engels

  • Je bent op zoek naar een baan in het buitenland

  • Een passie voor social media en een scherp oog voor trends

  • Motivatie en toewijding om uit te blinken in je werk

  • Uitstekende communicatie- en luistervaardigheden

  • Teamspirit en bereidheid om samen te werken met mensen van verschillende achtergronden


Wat zit er voor jou in?

  • Een langdurig vast contract, jaarlijks verlengbaar

  • Werkuren: voltijds (40u/week) met roterende diensten; 24/7

Salarisvoorwaarden (*) - 2 opties:

  • Inclusief gratis accommodatie (gedeelde flat, alle rekeningen inbegrepen): â¬1040 bruto/maand

  • Exclusief accommodatie: â¬1298 bruto/maand

Voor internationale kandidaten:

  • Vergoeding van je initiële vluchtkosten na 3 maanden

  • Hulp bij papierwerk, het openen van een bankrekening, etc. bij aankomst

  • Gratis Portugese lessen, kooklessen, sportactiviteiten en sociale evenementen georganiseerd door het bedrijf

  • Echte carrièremogelijkheden in verschillende carrièrepaden

(*) Vergoeding tijdens trainingsperiode indien succesvol (10 dagen): bijna volledig betaald
