Founded in 2021, the Airbus Global Business Services (AGBS) unit will be contributing to Airbusâ global success and play a vital role in Airbusâ transformation journey in
standardization, harmonization, digitalisation and automation of end-to-end processes (e.g.Procure to Pay) of all overhead functions. Our target is that siloed ways of working/ processes will be a relic of the past within the AGBS. responsabilidades chave

â Industrialize the Supply Chain by analyzing and planning industrial lead times & capacity
â Contribute & challenge repair program, mitigation strategy and support development of technical solution
â Contribute to negotiate supplier capacity & cost alignment with material reservation and missing part management
â Finalize material need strategy based on engineering data input while taking logistical rules into account (inventory, volume, supply chain capacities, sales etc.)
â Follow-up and monitoring of the deliveries of all ongoing repair projects
â ICB management
â Ensuring early identification of new activities and pro-actively preparing it (ie workload) by participating to daily stakeholder operational meetings and control towers
â Ensuring on time & on quality delivery of all material at an aggregated level
â Handle customer order, IPO & VSF/VSE creation to steer downstream activities on kits only and ensure on-time delivery on Airbus material parts
â Accountable for adaptation of industrial processes to the repair AOG business: quotes, order handling, order follow-up, logistics arrangements, production robbery, issue resolution and global stock dispatch of material, special transports, managing short-term recoveries and escalations
â Ensure supply chain solution on repair in accordance with our customer constraints & opportunities and steer the repair embodiment until its completion, managing if necessary the appropriate escalations
â Supports the airline/program for any industrial queries on a repair or PDRS
Deliverables
â Industrial inputs for Mitigation & Repair Strategy + Supplier negotiation
â BOM scrutiny & LOC validation
â Repair planning & priorities or constraints
â IPO/Ind requirement/eRSP + Production Scheduling
â Repair Dashboards (CQD KPI) and action plan & Cost follow-up
â Risk and Opportunity / lessons learnt management, including associated actions until implementation

competências

Minimum 3 years studies in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering or equivalent;
First work experience of approx. 3 years in Supply Chain Environment
IT tools: Google environment, MS office, SAP (Programming skills and first experience in
Skywise application would be a plus)
Additional strength: good communication skills
Open minded and ability to thinking out of the box / High Self Motivation
Like to work in an international environment
Flexible in working time depending on customers with a customer oriented mindset
