Our client is a multinational group specialized automotive industry.
responsabilidades chave
Your role:
Manages and supervises the accounts payable department;
Proposes improvements to the accounting area of its scope, process, procedures and operating methods, and implements them once they have been validated;
Establishes reporting, ensuring the reliability of the information;
Produces indicators on the functioning of the service (KPIs);
Justifies suppliersâ overdue and down payments & advances paid to his hierarchy;
Carries out the tasks related to the account payables accountantâs mission which he/she also maintains
competências
If you have:
Accounting / Account Payable background and a minimum of 2/3 years of professional experience
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Rigourous, methodical, confidentiality awareness
Knowledge of software packages (Excel, Word SAP experience - Preferred
Fluency in French & English (verbal and written)
availability to be on site in Tondela
