Deine Aufgaben und dein Einfluss als Logistics Customer Advisor werden sein:
In dieser Position bist du beratend für eines der weltweit größten Paketdienstunternehmen tätig, das Transporte anbietet. Täglich verwaltest du den Fluss von Waren, Geldern und Informationen in mehr als 200 Ländern und Gebieten weltweit. Du unterstützt unsere Kunden telefonisch und per E-Mail, indem du Fragen zu Produkten oder Dienstleistungen beantwortest und auch Beschwerden bearbeitest.

Du sprichst ein muttersprachliches Deutsch

Was ist für dich drin?
Vertragsart: ein langfristiger befristeter Vertrag, der jedes Jahr verlängert werden kann.
Arbeitszeit: Vollzeit (40h/Woche) - Montag bis Freitag, Verfügbarkeit für die Arbeit zwischen 7.00 und 22.00 Uhr, 8 Stunden am Tag (plus eine Stunde für Mittagessen) in rotierenden Schichten
Gehaltsbedingungen (*) - 2 Optionen:
a) Inklusive kostenloser Unterkunft (Wohngemeinschaft, alle Rechnungen inklusive): 950€ brutto/Monat
b) Ohne Unterkunft: 1300-1400€ brutto/Monat
