Azure, Cloud & ApplicationsM365 administration: Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, TeamsSecurity configuration and monitoringFull lifecycle management of cloud applications2. Security OperationsImplement corporate security standards in collaboration with the CISOPerform daily security monitoringSupport incident investigation and response activities3. Industrialization & AutomationStandardize IT processes (ITIL, Security, Project, Business Analysis)Apply Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible) and GitOps practices (GitHub/GitLab)Contribute to automation initiatives across cloud, security, and platform layers5. Support & HelpdeskServe as the primary point of contact for IT support across the Lisbon OfficeEnsure timely follow-up and resolution of daily support ticketsAbout YouYou have 3-5 years of experience in DevSecOps practices (Terraform/Ansible), GitHub/GitLabStrong soft skills: rigorous, service-oriented, autonomous, collaborative, eager to learn, and comfortable in a fast-growing environmentSolid expertise in Azure/M365 administration: Intune/Endpoint Manager, Entra ID, M365, Defender suiteScripting skills: PowerShell required; Bash or Python is a plusYou are fluent in English and Portuguese, French or German is a plusWhy Ivy Partners?Care | We foster a supportive environment where every voice counts and personal growth is encouraged.Trust | Partnerships are built on transparency, commitment, and shared success.Innovation | We merge engineering excellence with digital creativity to accelerate transformation.Responsibility | Sustainability and community are embedded in every action we take.
