We are more than 500 consultants with offices in Lisbon, Porto and Madrid.DECSKILL operates in 3 main areas:DECSKILL TALENT, through which we provide our clients with an extension to their IT teams;DECSKILL BOOST, through which we provide our client with software development models to increase capacity and optimize Time-to-Market, where we create and manage teams that deliver according to their needs, at the desired speed;DECSKILL CONNECT, through which we provide our client with consulting services, as well as the implementation and management of information technology infrastructures.Our practice results in the creation of value for our customers, either by delivering qualified and value-added services, or through highly qualified and motivated professionals, as well as technology solutions that allow us to operate and transform the business of our customers.We are looking for an PMO (Project Management Officer)Mission: We are looking for a PMO (Project Management Officer) to lead and structure project management processes, ensuring strategic alignment, meeting deadlines and delivering excellent results. The professional will be responsible for implementing and monitoring governance methodologies, tools and practices, as well as supporting teams and managers in the execution of projects.Responsabilities:Developing and managing the organization's project portfolio in line with strategic objectives.Implementing and supervising project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Scrum).Monitoring performance indicators (KPIs) and preparing regular reports for management.Provide technical and strategic support to project teams.Ensuring the efficient management of resources, budgets and deadlines.Facilitating communication between stakeholders and promoting organizational alignment.Identifying risks and proposing mitigation plans.Train and coach teams in good project management practices.Requirements:Higher education in Management, Engineering, Information Technology or related areas.Proven experience in project management and/or PMO functions.Knowledge of project management tools (MS Project, Jira, etc.).PMP, PMI-ACP or equivalent certification (preferred).Experience with agile (Scrum, Kanban) and traditional methodologies.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong analytical skills and strategic vision.Languages: Portuguese: Native | English: good level of speaking and writing (required) | French and Spanish: medium level (valued).If you’re interested in this job, please send your CV to cesaltina.abreu@decskill.com with reference “CA/PMO”.Thank You 😊Decskill is committed to equality and non-discrimination with all our talents.
