Tech Lead – .NETOverview We are looking for a Tech Lead – .NET to drive technical excellence and lead a team of engineers in delivering high-quality software solutions. This role combines hands-on development with leadership responsibilities, ensuring the team meets business and customer requirements while maintaining best practices and technical standards.Key ResponsibilitiesWrite clean, maintainable code using .NET C#, and leverage modern tools such as Kafka and Elasticsearch.Deliver high-quality, working software as part of an Agile development team.Develop in-depth expertise in the team’s codebase and deliver comprehensive, insightful code reviews.Ensure documentation for critical systems and create technical guides for wider engineering use.Define Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) standards for monitoring and incident response.Drive high-level technical decision-making, identifying trade-offs and risks while ensuring organizational alignment.Diagnose and resolve complex bugs, providing automated regression tests.Mentor and coach engineers, sharing knowledge through demos and presentations.QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science or related field.Experience:3+ years in technical leadership roles (mentoring, leading projects or teams).10+ years of experience with C# .NET.Technical Skills:Expertise in microservice architectures, including patterns, techniques, and trade-offs.2+ years working with event-driven architectures and tools like Kafka (preferred), Pulsar, RabbitMQ.Experience with NoSQL databases (Elasticsearch preferred), DynamoDB, MongoDB, and Redis.Proven ability to drive best practices and technical improvements across teams.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex technical challenges independently.Other Skills:Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Ability to adapt quickly, embrace change, and champion continuous improvement.Fluency in English.
