This position is critical to ensuring technical excellence across international projects in Europe, the UK, and the Middle East.What You’ll DoAnalyze and interpret construction projects for technical complianceDesign and propose technical solutions tailored to each projectLead testing and certification processes of productsCollaborate with architecture and engineering firms internationallyDevelop and maintain technical documentation (manuals, datasheets)Participate in projects focused on façade engineering, building physics, and thermal performanceKey ResponsibilitiesCoordinate technical workflows and project milestonesEnsure alignment with international construction standards (e.g., Eurocodes)Manage multiple ongoing technical projects independentlySupport continuous product improvement and innovation processesWhat We’re Looking ForMust-HavesBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction5–8 years of experience in technical engineering within construction or façade systemsStrong knowledge of Eurocodes or equivalent standardsProficient in AutoCAD (or similar) and Microsoft Office SuiteFluent in English (C1/C2)Strong analytical, organizational, and planning skillsAbility to work independently and manage technical processesNice-to-HavesMaster’s degreeExperience with PHC and/or Zoho BooksKnowledge of Spanish and/or FrenchPrevious involvement in product certification or building envelope projectsWhat We OfferWork on international, high-impact projectsBe part of a dynamic and supportive engineering teamOpportunities for professional growth and continuous learningCompetitive salary + food allowance + performance bonusHealth insurance (after 12 months)A collaborative culture focused on quality, innovation, and sustainability👉 Apply now and visit our website to learn more about Effisus: www.effisus.com
