Syone is looking for a Business Analyst to join our banking team.In this role, you will be responsible for understanding business challenges, analyzing processes, and turning requirements into clear, actionable solutions that drive efficiency and innovation in financial services.What you'll do:Gather, analyse, and document business and technical requirementsConvert business needs into user stories and functional specificationsLead workshops and requirement sessions with stakeholdersExecute gap analysis and process mapping initiativesDevelop process flows, use cases, and acceptance criteriaSupport development and QA teams during testing and deliveryEnsure alignment between business and technical teamsWhat you will need to bring:3+ years of experience as a Business AnalystExperience with requirements analysis and documentationStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsKnowledge of Agile (Scrum, Kanban)Experience with CalypsoFluent English (required)Nice to Have:CBAP, IIBA, PMI-PBA or similar certificationsExperience with Jira, Confluence, BPMN, SQL or BI toolsWhat can Syone offer me:Integration in an organization with profound and sustained growth and involvement in pioneering projects with innovative technological solutions;Strong IT training plans;Professional evolution with intervention in ambitious technological projects, both national and internationally.By applying, you accept our GDPR policies.
