We are looking for Waiters/Waitresses for our new opening of a Pan-Asian restaurant fine dining, ATTIKO in Lisboa, inside ME Lisbon hotel.

Main responsibilities

  • Prompt, and courteous greeting of customer.
  • Take order of the clients, having a complete and thorough knowledge of all menu items in order to be able to describe and make suggestions.
  • Deliver food to customers on the table in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Ensure all guests receive positive and professional service to the highest standards to exceed the customer's expectations.
  • Manage the set up and close down of tables within section.
  • Keeps all workstations and equipment as clean as possible at all times.
  • Attend all regular departmental briefings and contribute to an open communication within the assigned team.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1-2 years previous experience in similar role and within fast paced environment experience in fine dining restaurants (Asiatic is a plus) .
  • Good communication skills in Portuguese and English.
  • Is a plus to have good knowledge of wines and spirits.
  • Excellent knowledge of Food Safety and HACCP.
  • Ability to create a positive fine dining experience for customers.
  • Customer oriented with a positive attitude.
