Experienced SAP Digital Manufacturing (SAP DM) Lead Developer to drive the technical design, development, and delivery of SAP DM solutions. This role is responsible for leading development activities, ensuring high-quality technical implementations, and collaborating closely with solution architects and functional teams to deliver scalable and robust manufacturing execution solutions. Key ResponsibilitiesAble to work from Lisbon or Porto • Lead and coordinate all development activities related to SAP Digital Manufacturing • Design and develop custom extensions, integrations, and enhancements for SAP DM • Implement integrations between SAP DM, SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, and shop floor systems • Define technical design documents and development standards • Guide and mentor SAP DM developers and technical consultants • Support configuration, testing (unit, integration, UAT), and deployment activities • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across environments • Collaborate with architects, functional consultants, and business stakeholders • Support continuous improvement initiatives and adoption of SAP DM roadmap features Skills and Experience • Hands-on development experience with SAP Digital Manufacturing (SAP DM / SAP DMC) • Strong integration experience with SAP S/4HANA (PP, QM, MM, EWM) • Experience with MES integrations, MII, or equivalent middleware solutions • Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and shop floor operations • Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills • Ability to lead technical teams and work in agile or project-based environments • Excellent communication skills in English
