This role is ideal for professionals with hands-on experience as Workday users or key users, even without a technical background. Your responsibilities will include supporting daily operations, performing basic configurations, maintaining data accuracy, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve incidents and optimise HR processes. You will also contribute to system enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide support to users in the use of the Workday platformPerform basic configurations and ensure proper system setupCollaborate with internal teams to resolve incidents and optimise processesEnsure data quality and consistency across HR systemsParticipate in continuous improvements and system enhancementsWhat you'll need to succeedExperience as a Workday user or Workday key user (technical expertise is not mandatory)Familiarity with HR processes and workflowsStrong communication skills and a problem-solving mindsetCollaborative attitude and attention to detailWillingness to learn and grow within the Workday ecosystemWhat you'll get in returnYou’ll join a dynamic and innovative environment within a leading multinational company in its sector.
