🔹 Fee Officer📍 Location: Lisbon🎯 Seniority: ExperiencedAbout the Role:We are looking for an experienced Fee Officer to join a dynamic operational team. This role is responsible for the calculation, monitoring, reconciliation, and payment of invoices related to multiple types of commissions, while interacting with and supporting a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:Review and control the content of received invoices, ensuring accurate recording and maintenance of invoice data within internal systems.Compare invoice information against contractual conditions, performing fee and commission calculations, validating amounts, and investigating discrepancies to identify root causes and implement appropriate resolutions.Liaise with relevant departments (Front Office, Middle Office, Finance, and others) to resolve outstanding or pending issues efficiently.Execute payments and accounting entries, ensuring invoices are settled accurately and within agreed timelines.Monitor and control financial breaks, ensuring proper follow-up and resolution.Technical Skills:Microsoft Excel (MS Office) — ExpertMicrosoft Word (MS Office) — Working knowledgeLanguage Skills:English — Expert level
