Technology enabled.About the RoleThis is an operational and support-focused role in a mission-critical Modern Workplace environment. The role requires hands-on experience with Omnissa-based VDI platforms, resilience, and a proactive approach to maintain service stability in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.ResponsibilitiesProvide day-to-day operational support for Microsoft workplace environments, including Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and hybrid cloud/on-premises setups.Operate and troubleshoot Omnissa VDI environments, ensuring availability, performance, and user satisfaction.Manage and support end-user services such as Outlook, Exchange, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.Support software deployment, patching, and workstation lifecycle management using SCCM or equivalent tools.Diagnose and resolve complex incidents related to workplace, VDI, and productivity platforms.Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and service management teams to maintain service continuity and drive improvement.Contribute to operational excellence in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.RequirementsMinimum 2 years of experience in Modern Workplace, End User Computing, or similar roles.Mandatory hands-on experience with Omnissa VDI platforms (ex‑VMware Horizon).Strong experience with Microsoft ecosystem: Active Directory, Microsoft 365, hybrid cloud/on-premises environments.Experience with desktop management and software distribution tools (e.g., SCCM or equivalent).Solid troubleshooting skills across Windows environments and end-user services.Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset.Fluent Portuguese and English (spoken and written).Availability to work in a hybrid model (2 days per week on-site in Lisbon).Ability to work under pressure with resilience, autonomy, and a proactive attitude.What We OfferFlexible work.Culture of autonomy and trust.Challenging and human projects.Opportunities for growth and continuous learning.Hiring ProcessOur hiring process is designed to ensure the best match between talent and opportunity.
