We have offices in Lisbon and Oporto and we are a specialized consultant in Management, Implementation, Development and Maintenance of Information Systems. We have more than 150 active partners and we operate in sectors such as banking, insurance, telecommunications, services, energy and transports.
What will you be doing:
- Providing application support and monitoring using Dynatrace
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues in Linux-based environments
- Ensuring observability and performance optimization of applications
- Collaborating with development and infrastructure teams to enhance system reliability
- Writing and executing SQL queries for data analysis and issue resolution
- Assisting in project proposals and technical assessments
- Establishing best practices for application performance and monitoring
- Providing guidance and training to junior team members
What are we looking for?
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Application Support, with at least 3 years of Dynatrace experience
- Experience with Linux environments
- SQL knowledge (other database experience is also considered)
- Experience in Observability/Monitoring tools (Dynatrace preferred)
- Java knowledge is a plus, but highly valued
- Minimum B2 level in English (written and spoken), and Portuguese
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Hybrid work model: available to work in Porto or Lisbon
- Mandatory availability to relocate (from Brazil to Portugal).
