Be the NEXT Product Manager/Gerente de Produtos

O que valorizamos:

  • Licenciatura em Gestão de Empresas, Economia, Matemáticas ou Informática;
  • Experiência +2 anos em áreas financeiras e/ou implementação de produtos digitais;
  • Experiência +1 ano em desenvolvimento de software e arquitetura de desenvolvimento de produtos;
  • Conhecimentos em base de dados relacionais;
  • Conhecimentos nas áreas de pagamentos/tesouraria;
  • Excelente comunicação em português e inglês, tanto oral quanto escrita;

As tuas principais funções:

  • Definição de requisitos e análises funcionais/especificação;
  • Definir requisitos de experiência do utilizador (UX/UI);
  • Manutenção e melhoria de produtos atuais;
  • Testes e certificação de produtos;
  • Gestão de versões de produtos;
  • Elaboração e atualização do manual do utilizador e consultor;
  • 2ª linha de apoio ao cliente (manutenção do produto);
  • Execução de formações internas para novos produtos/funcionalidades;
  • Apoio ao negócio em ações comerciais.
