About the CompanyNestled in the heart of Lapa, Lisbon, our luxury boutique hotel offers 9 elegant rooms and suites designed to provide guests with an intimate and refined experience.Job DescriptionWe are seeking an accomplished and passionate Hotel Manager to lead the daily operations of our high-end boutique hotel, ensuring an exceptional level of service and a refined guest experience.This is a full-time, on-site position based in Lisbon, with responsibilities including:Overseeing all day-to-day operations of the boutique hotel with attention to detail and excellenceLeading, inspiring, and supervising the team to deliver intuitive and personalized serviceManaging reservations and guest communications by email and phoneSupervising stock control and supplier relationships to maintain the highest standardsAnticipating, handling, and resolving guest requests with discretion and professionalismOverseeing guest check-in and check-out, ensuring a seamless arrival and departure experienceEnsuring each guest enjoys a refined, memorable, and truly bespoke stayRequirementsFluency in Portuguese, English, and French (mandatory),At least 2 years of proven experience as an Assistant Manager in luxury hospitality,Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.),Immediate availability.
