Strong focus on model lifecycle management, quality, and innovation, including AI and Generative AI solutions.Key Responsibilities-Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and advanced analytics models in production environments-Build and maintain end-to-end data and ML pipelines, including preprocessing, training, evaluation, and deployment-Develop highly complex analytical models, including deep learning and combinatorial models-Integrate AI and Generative AI solutions (e.g., LLMs) into real business workflows-Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams using Agile methodologies-Ensure model performance, scalability, and compliance with best engineering practices-Communicate insights and results through effective data visualization and storytellingKey Qualifications-Up to 10 years of experience as a Data Scientist or in similar roles-Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related fields-Strong experience with Python and/or R for machine learning and analytics-Hands-on experience with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras)-Experience with relational and NoSQL databases-Proven experience deploying and managing ML models in production-Experience with cloud platforms and PaaS services (preferably Azure)-Knowledge of Agile methodologies, JIRA, and Confluence-Fluency in English; Portuguese and Spanish are a plus-Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills
