Looking for a Junior HR Officer (m/f/d) to support daily HR activities related to personnel management and provide administrative support to the business development of a Multinational Company based in Parque das Nações.Main ResponsibilitiesIn compliance with legal requirements and Group policies:-    Will report directly to General Manager;-    Manage personnel administration and the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding (employment contracts, absences, etc.);-    Act as a point of contact between management and employees, addressing requests, grievances, or other issues;-    Coordinate payroll by collecting and transmitting variable data to the external payroll provider;-    Ensure HR data is accurate and reliable to support informed decision-making;-    Manage the recruitment and selection process;-    Support employee development and engagement through annual appraisals, competency evaluations, and training plan follow-up; -    Deploy Group tools and policies locally; -    Promote fairness and contribute to a positive working environment for all employees.Personal Qualities & Requirements-    Degree in Human Resources or a related field and a genuine passion for people; -    Strong active listening skills and a results-oriented mindset; -    Minimum 3 years of experience in HR; -    Solid knowledge of Portuguese labor law; -    Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail; -    Ability to manage confidential information;-    Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word); experience with HR software is a plus.  What We Offer:-  Salary conditions in accordance with company policies and in line with the candidate's experience.-  Opportunities for professional growth and development.
