🚀 We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer (Lisbon)Who We're Looking For:We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer / Technical Lead to join a front-office, high-performance IT team supporting FX trading operations. The successful candidate will work in a multidisciplinary environment alongside Java and C# developers, directly supporting traders and front-line business users.✅ Professional Experience:Design, develop, and maintain the Position and Trade Booking platformDevelop core services and shared components, including:Feed handlers; Shared libraries; Metrics and reporting tools; Front-end applicationsEnsure systems meet the highest standards of quality, security, and performanceParticipate fully in an Agile SDLC, including:Technical analysis; Documentation; Development and testing; Code reviews.Provide Level 3 production support when requiredAnalyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.✅Technical Skills:Strong backend engineering expertise with a focus on high-load systemsProven experience in:High-performance system designWriting and profiling performant codeDistributed computing and caching technologies (e.g., Oracle Coherence or other DHTs)✅Experience: Minimum 5 years of software development experienceAt least 2 years in a technical leadership roleExperience with electronic trading platforms or other low-latency distributed systemsExperience with migration and refactoring of legacy systemsStrong understanding of Agile methodologies.✅Technology Stack:Java SE – Expert levelC# / .NET – Practical experienceSDLC – Expert knowledge🌍 Language RequirementEnglish – B2Work SetupHybrid
