Chief Financial and Administrative Officer

Redbridge International School is seeking an experienced and dynamic Chief Financial and Administrative Officer to lead our Finance department.Key Responsibilities:Oversight of the accounting department;Coordinate the yearly audit and provide all required documentation;Controlling: prepare the annual budget and monthly financial reports; provide profitability analysis;Cash management;Bank financing: oversee bank loans and ensure that all bank accounts are fully operational;Investor relations: prepare board meetings and address shareholders’ inquiries;Ensure compliance with tax regulations and collaborate on long-term financial strategies.Qualifications:Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and provide clear, actionable insights to optimise resources and improve processes;Significant experience in financial management, including budgeting and financial reporting (typically 10+ years).Proficiency in Primavera ERP.Language skills: Portuguese (C2 level), English (B1 level), essential for internal and external communication;Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance or related field, accounting qualifications are a plus.What we offer:Permanent contractCompetitive salaryComprehensive benefits programOpportunities for professional and personal growthA dynamic and collaborative workplacePlace of work: Campo de Ourique, LisbonTo Apply:Please send your CV and a cover letter outlining your experience and interest in the role to careers@redbridgeschool.com with the REF CFAO
