If you enjoy improving processes, making things work, and ensuring everything runs efficiently, this position is for you. Your mission will be to maintain and evolve the platform, ensuring development teams have a smooth, secure, and productive experience. YOU WILL DOLead the Platform Engineering team, promoting best practices and collaborationEnsure the stability, scalability, and security of the Internal Developer PlatformImplement continuous improvements in processes and toolsWork with technologies such as Ansible, Docker, Jenkins, Nexus, Gerrit, Jira, and ConfluenceCollaborate with development teams to optimise pipelines and processesYOU ALREADY HAVEBachelor, Master’s degree or relevant experience in a related fieldExperience with collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence, Gerrit)Knowledge of automation and infrastructure (Ansible, Docker Swarm)Familiarity with CI/CD and artifact management (Jenkins, Nexus)Strong communication skills and willingness to take on leadership responsibilitiesAnalytical capacity to solve complex problemsAbility to adapt to different contexts, teams and clientsFluency in EnglishYOU WILL ENJOYHighly flexible work policy - work at home, at the office, or both.
