Sommelier JNcQUOI

We are currently looking for Sommelier to join our JNcQUOI team

This role will be responsible for

• Inform customers about the existing offer, describing it in terms of wine types and prices;
• Advise customers on the choice of wine, considering the request made in terms of food;
• Train the room staff in terms of wine service (temperatures, wine glass type, among others);
• Correctly condition the bottles of open wine, so that they maintain the quality of the wine;
• Ensure the correct conditioning of the products at the wine cellar;
• Keep stocks of wine always fully loaded;
• May cooperate on creating the wine list, along with the administration
• Update the wine list, continuously conducting research on new wines and their history;
• Other responsibilities associated with the role.

About you

• Previous experience in this role;
• Academic degree (WSET 2/3, sommelier degree or similar) and experience as a sommelier (international experience is a plus)
• Excellent communication skills and empathy;
• Focus on customer service; with commercial skills and focused on sales;
• Knowledge in national and international wine; with ;
• Foreign language knowledge (English is mandatory).
