📢 Steconfer is Recruiting: Finance Controller (m/f) | Lisbon, Portugal 📢A solid and expanding international group is looking to strengthen its Finance team by hiring a Finance Controller with strong analytical skills, high integrity, and the ability to operate in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.📝 Key ResponsibilitiesManage treasury operations, including cash flow control of accounts payable and receivable, and structuring short-term financing solutions;Evaluate and control cash flows of Group subsidiaries and projects, reporting operational cash activities to management;Represent the Finance function in a cross-functional environment within the Group, including analysis, control and supervision of CapEx and purchasing operations;Act as a key point of contact with creditors, banks, and business partners;Demonstrate a solid understanding of accounting principles, including P&L and balance sheet interactions;Supervise outsourced accounting services for the Group subsidiaries.💼 Profile SoughtStrong understanding of financing solutions and banking operations;Effective and clear communication skills;High standards of integrity and professional ethics;Fluency in English is mandatory; Spanish is a plus;Well organised, responsible, accountable and proactive;Strong emotional intelligence and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.🎯 What We OfferCompetitive remuneration, aligned with experience and market standards;Opportunity to work in an international and multicultural environment;Exposure to strategic financial decision-making and Group-level operations;Merit-based progression in a growing organisation;Collaborative and professional team environment.If you are looking for a challenging role where your financial expertise can make a real impact, we encourage you to apply.
