Join our international, agile team and contribute to cross-border projects while working with the latest Microsoft technologiesWhat we offer🏥 Private supplementary health insurance🏠 Flexible home office options + allowance🌍 Intercultural collaboration on international projects🍽️ Meal allowanceYour roleCollaborate in an agile team with Product Owners, Project Managers, Solution Architects, and fellow developers to deliver high-quality, business-focused solutionsAnalyze technical requirements and design solutions aligned with business goals, including customizations in Dynamics 365 entities, forms, workflows, and business rulesDevelop and maintain applications using C#/.NET, JavaScript/TypeScript, Power Platform, and optimize integrations via REST APIs, Azure Functions, and Service BusImplement automation and CI/CD pipelines following DevOps best practices, while monitoring and improving performance with Azure tools such as Application InsightsRefactor and enhance existing applications to meet modern standards and ensure long-term maintainabilityYour profile6+ years of experience developing with Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Insights, including designing and maintaining complex software systemsStrong expertise in technical requirements analysis, solution design, and applying software development best practices, design patterns, and security principlesHands-on experience with C#/.NET, JavaScript/TypeScript, and customizing Dynamics 365 entities, forms, workflows, and business rulesSkilled in Power Platform (Canvas Apps, Model-driven Apps, automations) and building integrations using REST APIs, Azure Functions, Service Bus, and other Azure servicesExperienced in DevOps processes, including version control, CI/CD pipelines, and automation for efficient deploymentsAnalytical, proactive, and independent, with strong problem-solving skills, motivation, and collaboration abilities in agile environmentsWhy you’ll love this roleThis is your opportunity to work on challenging projects, leverage the full Microsoft ecosystem, and grow your career in a supportive, international, and agile environment.
