We’re looking for a Delivery Manager who becomes the customer’s trusted partner, owns delivery end-to-end, and translates forecasting into the customer’s language so it lands with procurement, supply chain, and commercial stakeholders.What you’ll do- Own forecast delivery for German-speaking customers (DACH): onboarding → recurring delivery → adoption → renewal readiness.- Run customer calls in German (and English when needed): set agendas, drive decisions, unblock stakeholders, follow through.- Be the customer champion internally: represent their perspective, push for what matters, and coordinate across product, data science, and engineering.- Translate forecasts into plain language: what’s happening, why it’s happening, what to watch, and what action is recommended.- Ensure quality and clarity: sanity-check outputs, flag edge cases, and make insights executive-ready (slides, short briefs, QBRs).- Define and track success: adoption milestones, stakeholder alignment, delivery cadence, value realization.- Manage delivery risks: scope, timelines, expectations, escalations—calmly and proactively.What we’re looking for- Fluent German (C1+) and strong English.- 3+ years in a customer-facing delivery role (Customer Success, Implementation, Solutions/Delivery, Consulting, RevOps/CS Ops, Analytics delivery, etc.).- Conceptual comfort with forecasts, uncertainty, and “why” explanations (you don’t need to be a data scientist, but you must understand and communicate the logic).- Strong stakeholder management: you can handle execs and operators, align competing priorities, and keep momentum.- Customer-first mindset with backbone: empathetic, direct, and able to manage expectations without losing trust.- Highly structured: excellent written comms, action tracking, and project management habits.Nice to have- Experience in procurement, supply chain, commodities, chemicals/materials, or industrial settings.- Exposure to AI / analytics products (especially explainable insights, decision-support tools).- Comfort with light data work (Excel/Sheets, dashboards; SQL/BI is a plus).Why Sybilion- Real ownership: you’ll directly shape how customers experience (and trust) our forecasts.- Work closely with a tight team across product and data science.- A product with a clear promise: operational clarity, not “predictions in a vacuum.” Role details- Employment: Full-time- Location: Porto- Travel: Occasional travel to customer sites (primarily DACH)
